OFS continues to build public awareness at Karnival Kewangan Terengganu 2019
It was a great opportunity for Ombudsman for Financial Services (OFS) to reach out to the east coast community through Karnival Kewangan Terengganu which was successfully organised by Bank Negara Malaysia from 4 – 6 April 2019.
Moreover, this carnival also provided a platform for OFS’ Case Managers to conduct training for bankers and insurers from the east coast region.
We engaged with more than 1000 visitors due to the positive response from the people of Kuala Terengganu during the 3–day carnival.
