Karnival Kewangan Jerantut, 5^th to 6^th August 2018

The Ombudsman for Financial Services (OFS) had a great avenue to engage with the local community at Dewan Utama Majlis Daerah Jerantut, Pahang during Karnival Kewangan Jerantut, hosted by Bank Negara Malaysia from the 5^th to 6^th of August 2018.

We managed to educate the carnival attendees about our services as most of them were not aware of the function of OFS.We will continuously embark on more community outreach events such as this with the purpose of creating greater awareness on OFS’ services to all financial consumers throughout Malaysia.
