OFS Engages with Perlis Community


Ombudsman for Financial Services (OFS) received overwhelming response from the Perlis community during Karnival Kewangan Perlis from 28 - 29 September 2019. OFS, Bank Negara Malaysia and AKPK joined together to spread awareness on alternative financial dispute services and educate customers on financial matters as well as consumer rights. OFS managed to interact with at least 550 exhibition visitors during this carnival.
