OFS Outreach at Karnival Kewangan Miri
It was yet another fruitful venture for Ombudsman for Financial Services (OFS) at the Karnival Kewangan Miri organised by Bank Negara Malaysia from 24 - 25 February 2019 at Miri, Sarawak.
A vast majority of people in Miri were not aware of OFS and this event served as a great platform for us to share with the locals about our role as an alternative financial dispute resolution channel. We successfully engaged with almost 300 people during the 2–day carnival.
